What the first six weeks usually look like

Week 1 — Mapping the real week

We map your actual schedule, including meetings, commute, meals and family touchpoints, then look for three friendly lever points.

Weeks 2–3 — Building anchors

You trial two or three small anchor habits — for example a 10-minute morning walk and a hydration cue between meetings.

Week 4 — Honest check-in

We celebrate what's working, drop what isn't and refine the wording of any habit that felt clunky.

Weeks 5–6 — Extending the rhythm

We extend habits into the afternoon and evening, layering in a calmer wind-down so the next week starts well-rested.
